New Parking Meters Take Pictures of Offending Vehicle’s License Plates

… And in one case, a woman got a $40 parking ticket in the mail from the city of Bridgeport, Connecticut with a photo of a car that looks nothing like hers. Turns out a city vehicle with same license plate number but with the word "Municipal" also on it was the vehicle that overstayed its time.
