New Hampshire Senators Defend Late-Term Abortion

New Hampshire Democratic Senators Jeanne Shaheen and Maggie Hassan recently slammed the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act and the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act.

The born-alive bill would require doctors to provide the same level of care to a child born in a failed abortion attempt as they would with any other child. The pain-capable bill would outlaw abortion after 20 weeks of pregnancy with the exceptions of rape, incest, and to save the life of a mother.
