New Hampshire Senate Votes To Tighten ‘Domicile’ Requirement for Voting

Republicans in the New Hampshire legislature are trying to eliminate cases where someone who comes to the state for less than 30 days can claim to "live" there and therefore vote. New Hampshire allows voters to register at the polls on the day of an election, which critics say has led to abuses.
