New Hampshire Close To Allowing Performers To Drink On Stage

It's illegal for a performer to drink alcohol on stage in New Hampshire, where state law considers performers employees of the venue where they're performing and therefore unable to drink while on the job.

But a bill sponsored by a state representative who's a former band member would change that, allowing performers to drink while performing.
