A few New England Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives have proposed a bill to lower taxes for workers.

U.S. Representative James Himes of Connecticut was joined by U.S. Representatives Jahana Hayes of Connecticut and Chris Pappas of New Hampshire in supporting a bill that would change the way multi-state telecommuting workers are taxed, as Manchester Link reports.
