Nantucket Town Meeting Approves Bylaw Allowing Women To Go Topless At Beaches

A proposal that two allow women to go topless at Nantucket's town beaches passed at Town Meeting on Tuesday night.

The measure passed 327-242 on Tuesday, May 3, but it won't go into effect immediately.
