More than 600,000 Massachusetts residents have requested mail-in ballots ahead of the Tuesday, September 6 statewide primary in Massachusetts.
As of Tuesday, August 23, there had been 637,744 requests for mail-in ballots; 621,473 of those had been mailed out already, according to CBS Boston. Meanwhile, under 30 percent (185,594) of those ballots had been returned already.
A Vermont woman was attacked by a bear this past weekend.
The 61-year-old woman sustained injuries when a black bear attacked her while she was walking her two dogs on a trail on her property, VTDigger reports.
