Purchase price isn't known, but the top-priced condominium at the forthcoming Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences at One Dalton in the Back Bay is supposed to be $40 million, and the founder of Dell is reportedly under contract to purchase the condo, according to The Wall Street Journal. The most expensive dwelling to sell in Boston so far is a $35 million penthouse condominium at Millennium Tower in Downtown Crossing, to John Grayken, a private equity firm founder who grew up in Cohasset but subsequently renounced his U.S. citizenship.
