Most of the Massachusetts congressional delegation opposed the bipartisan Laken Riley Act this past week.

If it becomes law, the Laken Riley Act would require U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to detain illegal immigrants suspected of nonviolent crimes, like burglary, shoplifting, and larceny.
