Matchmaking Survey at Harvard To Add ‘Non-Binary’ Option To ‘Man,’ ‘Woman’

The survey, by the Harvard Computer Society, is called Datamatch, and aims to help Harvard undergraduates find that special someone around Valentine's Day. Last year's survey drew criticism "about its lack of a non-binary gender option," according to a story in The Harvard Crimson, the student daily newspaper.

The percentage of foreign students at Boston College has been climbing steadily, and is now more than 12 percent of the approximately 14,000 undergraduates and graduate students. Some 793 of the 1,751 foreign students at B.C. are from China, which amounts to 45 percent.
