Massachusetts Takes Four States Off Coronavirus Travel Restriction List

Restrictions to enter Massachusetts are now looser for people coming from a few states.

Massachusetts residents returning home from Colorado, Delaware, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania as well as visitors from those respective states are now exempt from the governor's two-week quarantine period. Previously, that only would have been the case if the visitor could have provided a negative coronavirus test within 72 hours of coming to the state, as MassLive reports.

Now there are seven Democratic candidates in the U.S. House race in Massachusetts's Fourth district.

Wellesley businessman Chris Zannetos dropped out of the race on Wednesday and threw his support behind former Brookline selectman Jesse Mermell, who used to work for Planned Parenthood.
