Peabody at-large city councilor Anne Manning-Martin announced a run for the Massachusetts Governor's Council seat this week, according to a press release from her campaign.
Manning-Martin, a Republican is running to replace Eileen Duff (D-Gloucester), who isn't seeking re-election, to represent the Fifth District.
