Massachusetts Pro-Life Figures Show Support For Ruling In Dobbs Abortion Case

Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey were struck down yesterday by the U.S. Supreme Court.

There were plenty of negative reactions from Massachusetts figures to the Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health decision.

Roe Goes, Massachusetts Politicians Erupt

The U.S. Supreme Court pro-abortion decisions Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey were overturned on Friday.

In Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health, the Supreme Court held in a 6-3 decision that "the Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of each State from regulating or prohibiting abortion. Roe and Casey arrogated that authority. We now overrule those decisions and return that authority to the people and their elected representatives."
