U.S. Representative Tim Murphy (R-Pennsylvania) told his mistress who thought she was pregnant that she should abort their unborn child, despite claiming to be pro-life. He announced recently that he wouldn't run for re-election in 2018; now he has announced through House Speaker Paul Ryan's office that he is resigning from Congress in about two weeks.
