The two eastern Massachusetts cities argue that they never knew when they started accepting federal grants that they'd have to follow federal immigration laws. The cities call the effects of President Donald Trump's January 25 immigration executive order "immediate and chilling" in a lawsuit was filed Wednesday, February 8 in U.S. District Court in Boston.
