Where's the best place in the country to go cycling?
One list says it's Provincetown, Massachusetts. The town known for it's high population of homosexuals landed at the top of the list of PeopleForBike's top-10 small cities for biking in the United States. The organization based it on the community perception of biking and the quality of the biking community's biking network. It was not based on the infrastructure for cyclists in the community.
