Legislator Proposes Throwing the Book at Birds Who Trespass

Chickens, ducks, and other fowl who stray onto property not owned by their owner could be subject to trespassing charges, according to a proposal by a Republican state representative in New Hampshire. Under the bill, "free range" would have limits.
