A tweet suggesting possible support for teaching sex education in kindergarten has a Leominster School Committee member wondering whether his school district should continue to support the Massachusetts Association of School Committees.
"The case for starting sex ed in kindergarten" is the headline of an NPR story highlighted on the Twitter feed of the organization, which represents member school committees and offers them services.
U.S. Representative Jake Auchincloss (D-Newton) is not a fan of what he views as the political extremes in the United States.
Speaking to the New England Council last week, Auchincloss, who represents the Massachusetts Fourth Congressional District, ripped into both the "hard left" and the "extreme right," saying that the rise of both is problematic for the United States.
