The first independent poll in the Democratic primary in Massachusetts's Fourth Congressional District is out, and it leaves plenty of uncertainty.
Data for Progress surveyed 515 likely Democratic primary voters in the Fourth district. The pollsters found that it's a competitive race where a lot could change between now and the election September 1.
