Massachusetts Senate President Karen Spilka (D-Ashland) plans to seek another term.
Spilka, who has represented the Middlesex and Norfolk District since 2005, told GBH News she is running for re-election in 2024. She also said she will run for Senate president again if she wins her re-election bid. Spilka has been Senate president since 2018.
