John C. Calhoun Gets Heave-Ho At Yale

The South Carolina pre-Civil War advocate of Southern autonomy and slavery has been honored for about 85 years with the name of a residential building on the campus of Yale known as Calhoun College. Now, Yale plans to name the building after a woman who was a pioneer in computer science.
