Joe Biden Pulls Off Upset in Maine

The polls beforehand indicated otherwise, but former Vice President Joe Biden ended up winning Maine on Super Tuesday.

The Democratic presidential candidate had 34.1 percent of the vote with 98 percent of votes reported. Shortly behind him was Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders with 32.9 percent, as Politico reports. Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren finished in a distant third place (15.7 percent).
