President Joe Biden got the personal pronoun of a Massachusetts member of Congress wrong shortly after mangling his name during an appearance Wednesday.
With the Braga Bridge and the city of Fall River in the background, Biden began his remarks at the site of a former power plant at Brayton Point in Somerset, Massachusetts on Wednesday, July 20 by acknowledging members of Congress from the state who were present, starting with the state's two U.S. senators, Ed Markey and Elizabeth Warren.
