Hurricane Irma Track Shifts Again

The west coast of Florida is squarely in the new blowing zone, with the most recent track projecting the hurricane going north up the Gulf of Mexico and continuing toward western Tennessee. It was still packing a punch, with 155 miles-per-hour winds as of 5 a.m. Saturday, September 9.

The family-owned chain of fun retail stores is closing all 31 in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut by the end of the year. The company, founded in 1924, has 715 employees, a little more than half full time.
