History Teacher Says She’ll Walk Out of School To Protest Lack of Gun Control

Jennifer Ladd, 40, a high school history teacher in Darien, Connecticut, says she plans to walk out of school on April 20, which anti-gun activists have declared a day of action against gun violence.

Unless Congress bans so-called assault weapons, implements universal background checks, and takes other measures to protect schools, she says, she's walking.
