A federal grand jury in Boston indicted a Dominican man and heroin dealer for illegal reentry to the United States after deportation this week.
Manny Bautista-Arias, 31, was charged with one count of unlawful reentry of a deported alien. He is set to appear in federal court at a later time, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts's office.
