Here We Go Again?  Affirmative Action Critic To Speak at Middlebury College

Richard Sander, a law professor at UCLA, came up with what he calls "mismatch theory," arguing that affirmative action hurts minorities by elevating them into academic environments that are too competitive for their skills. Sander has been invited to speak at Middlebury College in Vermont, where rioters last March besieged sociologist Charles Murray and injured a Middlebury professor who had just debated him.
