The Atlanta gym owner who posted a ban on cops and military members says he wants to abolish the police, and he wouldn't call the cops even if he got physically threatened.
The 45-year-year-old man is scheduled to be deported, but he has taken refuge in a Methodist church in New Haven, Connecticut. A spokesman for the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency says if the man steps off church property, he'll be arrested.
