A Democratic candidate for lieutenant governor of Vermont is calling for the state to switch to all mail-in ballots.
"Today, I am inviting candidates and elected officials to join me in calling for a move to vote-by-mail in Vermont to ensure we can protect our public health and our democracy," said Molly Gray, a state assistant attorney general, in a written statement Thursday, April 23.
