Governor’s Council Member Says She’ll Run For State Auditor

A member of the Massachusetts Governor's Council plans to run for state auditor  next year. Eileen Duff of Gloucester, a Democrat who was first elected the Governor's Council in 2012, announced she will run for the position hours after incumbent Suzanne Bump announced she won't seek re-election. Bump, a Democrat, was first elected the post in 2010.
