In Georgia, one Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate has no problem taking support from a democratic socialist from New England.
Jon Ossoff, who is gearing up for a runoff election in early January, said he gladly embraces Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vermont) supporting him in his race against U.S. Senator David Perdue (R-Georgia).
For Massachusetts residents, there is now only one state left with more relaxed coronavirus travel restrictions. It also happens to be the one state in the country outside of North America.
Over the weekend, the Massachusetts Department of Public health removed Vermont from its list of lower-risk states when it comes to contracting coronavirus. Now, like 48 other states, people traveling to and from Vermont are supposed to fill out a travel form and quarantine when they arrive in Massachusetts, unless they provide a negative coronavirus test upon arriving to Massachusetts. This means Hawaii is the only state left exempt from that rule, as MSN reports.
