When it comes to Advanced Placement classes in high school, Massachusetts ranks number one in the nation.
For the fourth year in a row, Massachusetts bested the rest of the states in the country with one out of three members of the class of 2019 scoring a 3 or higher on an Advanced Placement test in high school, according to the Associated Press. Advanced Placement tests are scored 1 through 5, with 3 meaning a student is qualified in the subject.
