Gallup: Most Americans say government does too much

(CNSNews.com) – A little over half of Americans believe that the government is doing too much according to a Gallup poll released Monday.

Fifty-four percent of those surveyed said the government is attempting to do too many things that should be left to individuals and businesses, and about four in ten (41 percent) said the government should do more to solve the country's problems.

Through crisis comes opportunity.

Politically, the country appears headed for the brink regardless of the outcome of this election. A Trump presidency presents the most immediate threat, in that his narcissism, boorishness, volatility, and incoherence could produce disaster from day one. ("President Assad, that great leader, said I have big hands, so you know, as I've always said -ask anyone- some of those civilians deserved it.")
