Then-Governor Michael Dukakis announced that all of the thousands of cars stuck on Route 128 during the massive February 1978 snowstorm would be towed free of charge. But a Randolph resident who walked three miles home after his car got stuck had to pay $25 to get his car out of hock.

Cops: Passenger Looked Like An ICE Agent But Wasn’t

A 37-year-old passenger in a vehicle traveling in Orange, Connecticut at night without headlights was arrested for impersonating a law enforcement officer after police found him in the uniform of a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer along with weapons and ICE gear. He initially told cops he was an ICE training officer, but letter 'fessed up that he had gotten the stuff off the Internet.
