Fourteen Connecticut Police Departments To Get Body Cameras After Police Shooting of 15-Year-Old

Police in Bridgeport, Connecticut say the 15-year-old boy threatened cops with a car so they shot him. Activists don't believe it; the state's Bond Commission plans to reimburse 14 police department for body cameras and storage devices, costing $1.8 million.
