The Massachusetts Democratic Party may already have a candidate to run in the Fourth Essex District now that state Representative Brad Hill (R-Ipswich) is resigning. Jamie Zahlway Belsito, a Topsfield resident and founder of the Maternal Mental Health Leadership Alliance, tweeted that she's exploring a run in the district.
