Former Connecticut Governor Released From Federal Prison Again

John Rowland, a Republican who served as governor of Connecticut from 1995 to 2004, resigned before heading to federal prison on corruption charges. This go-round, Rowland was convicted in September 2014 of trying to hide his work as a paid political consultant to two campaigns for Congress.
