Fifth Massachusetts State Trooper Pleads Guilty in Overtime Scandal

A fifth former Massachusetts state trooper has pleaded guilty to putting in for overtime pay for shifts he didn't work.

Retired trooper Paul Cesan of Southwick received $29,287 in fraudulent overtime pay, according to WCVB-TV Channel 5.

A Mashpee man who has been flying his helicopter to and from his home on Ockway Bay since 2007 can't keep doing it, the town's zoning board said.

Neighbors have complained about the noise and vibrations the helicopter causes, according to The Cape Cod Times.
