Fetal Homicide Bill May Go To New Hampshire Governor

The bill would make it possible to prosecute someone for causing the death of a fetus through unlawful operation of a motor vehicle or violence against the mother.  The American Civil Liberties Union is against the bill, because some people might use it to say that the fetus is a person and therefore shouldn't be subject to willful abortion.

It appears that at least one elite Ivy League institution has finally caught up with the times.

Yale University, according to a report by that school's student newspaper, is on the verge of dumping the politically-incorrect term "freshman" in favor of the more gender-neutral "first-year."
