Felon Pleads Guilty To Trafficking Firearms From Alabama To Boston

Jahquel Pringle, 26, of Boston, admitted his involvement in the illegal transportation of numerous firearms from Alabama to Massachusetts in federal court this week, according to a press release from the office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts.
Pringle pleaded guilty to several charges, including conspiracy to unlawfully transport firearms, illegal transportation or receipt of firearms outside of residency, and felon in possession of a firearm. He made the plea before U.S. District Court Chief Judge F. Dennis Saylor IV, who scheduled Pringle's sentencing for June 6, 2024. Pringle was indicted by a federal grand jury in July 2022 alongside three other co-defendants.
