False Rape Charge Case Going To Trial

A woman who police say falsely claimed two men raped her has rejected a plea deal, and the case is expected to go to trial. The woman was a student at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut; police say when she was confronted with inconsistencies with her story, she admitted making the incidents up.

Some medical marijuana dispensaries in New Hampshire have stopped taking debit cards and started requiring cash. The new U.S. Attorney's statement that he can't guarantee he won't prosecute people who violate federal marijuana laws has apparently spooked a debit-card service provider.
