U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Cambridge) doesn't want to see Roe v. Wade overturned.
Instead, Warren wants to see the federal Supreme Court expanded to prevent that from happening. This comes at a time when the Supreme Court is expected to rule on Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health later this year. It's a case involving a Mississippi abortion law that would prevent the practice in most cases after 15 weeks of pregnancy.
Unvaccinated public school teachers in Boston will have to submit two negative coronavirus tests per week to keep working under an agreement the teachers union made with the city's mayor Wednesday night.
The two negative tests are acceptable only "during periods of lower virus transmission."
