Massachusetts U.S. Senator Ed Markey attacked President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence on Twitter during Wednesday night's vice presidential debate.
Markey, who supports Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and California Senator Kamala Harris in the presidential race, called Trump and Pence fascists and white supremacists.
Tax revenues for the current fiscal year in Massachusetts will likely come in somewhere between 4 and 12 percent less than expected before coronavirus hit, a state revenue official said.
That leaves the question of whether state legislators will cut spending, increase taxes, or wait for a federal bailout.
