Early voting in the Massachusetts statewide primary begins next week.
Early voting starts on Saturday, August 24, and is scheduled to continue daily until Friday, August 30. There will be no in-person voting on Saturday, August 31 through Monday, September 2.
Federal immigration authorities deported a 23-year-old illegal immigrant from Brazil who was wanted by police in his home country for attempted homicide.
Felipe Augusto De Oliveira was sent to Brazil on July 26 and was met there by Brazilian authorities, according to the Boston office of Enforcement and Removal Operations, a division of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
