Police say they have found 34 cannabis plants in the flowerbeds that line the walkway in front of the Vermont State House in Montpelier.

It's not the first time, the Vermont Capitol police chief told the Associated Press.

ACLU of Massachusetts Calls Putative ICE Raids ‘Inhumane and Xenophobic’

Reportedly planned raids by federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement on illegal immigrants this coming weekend are "inhumane and xenophobic," the American Civil Liberties Union of Massachusetts said.

The raids are reportedly supposed to take place Sunday, July 14 in at least 10 major cities. Boston isn't on the list of purported raids.
