Donald Trump Going To New Hampshire — To Appear On CNN

Former President Donald Trump is coming to the Granite State this month — to make an appearance on CNN. 
 
Trump is scheduled to do a CNN presidential race town hall next week where he is to answer questions from Republicans and independents who plan to vote in the 2024 primary.
 
CNN anchor and former White House correspondent Kaitlan Collins is the moderator. It is scheduled to take place at 9 p.m. Wednesday, May 10 at Saint Anselm College, according to CNN.
 
"Going outside the traditional Republican 'comfort zone' was a key to President Trump's success in 2016," an unnamed Trump advisor told CNN. "Some other candidates are too afraid to take this step in their quest to defeat Joe Biden, and are afraid to do anything other than Fox News."

Bernie Sanders Says Government Should Tax Income Exceeding $1 Billion At 100 Percent Rate

The government should take through taxation all individual income exceeding $1 billion a year, U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders said.
 
"You may disagree with me but, fine, I think people can make it on $999 million," Sanders told Chris Wallace on Friday, April 28 on HBO Max, according to The Guardian. "I think that they can survive just fine."
 
Sanders (I-Vermont), a self-identified democratic socialist, unsuccessfully ran for president in the 2016 and 2020 Democratic primaries. He recently announced he won't run for president in 2024 and has instead endorsed President Joe Biden.
