DOJ Sues Massachusetts Over Denial Of Undercover License Plates To ICE, Border Agents

The U.S. Department of Justice sued Massachusetts and three other states, alleging the Registry of Motor Vehicles unlawfully denied undercover plates to ICE and Customs and Border Protection agents.
