Dead Fetus Found in Airplane Toilet May Have Been Product of Botched Abortion, Police Say

An 18-year-old Brooklyn woman who left a dead approximately six-month-old fetus in the toilet of an airplane at LaGuardia Airport in Queens may have undergone a botched abortion in Jamaica, where she recently went on vacation, police said. The woman, whom Port Authority of New York & New Jersey detectives found at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, showed little emotion.
