State Representative David DeCoste sees a few ways in which he sets himself apart from many of his peers in the Massachusetts State House. The 57-year-old Republican from Norwell, who is seeking re-election in the Fifth Plymouth District (Hanover, Rockland, Norwell) in a race against former Hanover selectman and Democrat Emmanuel Dockter, says there is plenty of work left for him to do in the state legislature–and that this job is his full-time focus.
