Coronavirus Pushing Some People To Live In Vermont Permanently

Some people went to Vermont to avoid the coronavirus pandemic and now never anticipate going back home.

Nearly 250 people who took a survey since moving to Vermont, at least temporarily, during the pandemic; and one-third said that they are either likely or very likely to stay in the state permanently. The question came as a part of an eight-question survey with the Vermont Futures Project, according to WCAX-TV Channel 20 in Burlington, Vermont.
